Hold history in your hands and experience German culture  on a Library Treasure Tour this fall!
Library Treasure Tours at the Joseph P. Horner Memorial Library are distinctive opportunities to study and handle rare books and manuscripts in the Horner Memorial Library’s atmospheric nineteenth-century reading room, and learn about German history and culture from renowned teachers and scholars. Join fellow history and literature enthusiasts in discovering fascinating artifacts from the German Society’s globally-significant collection.

Library Treasure Tours are offered in English, and no knowledge of the German language is required to participate. Tickets are limited for these hands-on, interactive events, so please register early if you hope to attend. The tours will be offered again at later dates, depending on demand.
