Please join us for a special colloquium dedicated to the
Internationale Marbacher Sommerschule 2011:
Die Literatur und die Künste: Bild, Schrift, Ton 1750 – 2010
The Internationale Marbacher Sommerschule takes place every other year at the Deutsches Literaturarchiv Marbach, where scholars from around the world convene to explore a particular topic through seminars, lectures, and intensive archival research. Graduate students Nate Davis, Dan DiMassa, Nick Theis, and Caroline Weist, recently took part in the summer 2011 session on the topic of “Die Literatur und die Künste.” They will share information about the town of Marbach, the general structure of the program, the participants in attendance and the archive itself. In addition they will each present an overview of their individual research conducted at the Deutsches Literaturarchiv Marbach. A short Q&A session will follow the presentations. Refreshments will be served.
